Our reptiles are shipped through a third party company, Reptiles Express. While Reptiles Express does not hold any promises or warranties, we do. 

 

It is our promise to you that any reptile we ship Priority Overnight arrives to you alive and healthy. We ONLY ship Priority Overnight, and a "Live Arrival" guarantee applies if the snake(s) is (are) shipped to a certified FedEx staffed location and picked up same day, or if successfully delivered to a home address on the first attempt.  Even though we ship with heat packs in the colder months, and cold packs in the summer, being left in extreme weather conditions is always a risk.  

 

We promise that our snakes will thrive in their new homes when properly cared for. There is a 14 day health guarantee starting the moment the snake enters your care. 

 

Failure to follow husbandry guidelines on this website will result in all health guarantees being voided. 

 

If for some reason your snake arrives DOA and there was no delay with the shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY.
