Your snake will arrive via FedEx in a well packaged box. Up until today, ours has been the only home your baby has ever known, and he has now had the most stressful day of his or her life. It is imperative that you ensure your baby's first week in your home goes well. 

 

 

Open the package carefully to ensure that you don't accidentally harm the baby.  Remove the deli cup, make sure the baby has arrived safely (if the something has gone wrong during the shipment, contact us immediately). It is okay to handle the baby for a moment, but limit handling to under a minute. Hold the baby to his water bowl and allow his mouth to touch the water so he can hydrate, then leave him to explore his new home.
